What is an End Product?

That is the personal use?

  • Personal use is a use that is only for personal purposes. If the use meets one or more of the “commercial” bullet points above, it qualifies as “Commercial” use.

Can I use a graphic to create a new fabric that I sell?

  • Yes, you can. However, keep in mind that, under the Commercial Use, your fabric’s design must be significantly different than the original pattern; require time, effort, and skill to produce; and not derive its primary value from the pattern itself.

Can I use an illustration I purchase here as my company’s logo?

  • Yes, you can. You may use an illustration as part of your logo. However, you  may not enforce any rights on the asset itself. All rights to images belong to the author. 

Can I  to create invitation templates to sell on POD-servises?

  • Yes, but only with the EXTENDED COMMERCIAL License. To purchase this type of license, on the product page, click on the drop down menu for “License Options” and select EXTENDED License.  

Can I use a graphic in my product’s label or packaging?

  • Yes, you can.  If the label or package is not for a commercial product but a personal project like a wedding sticker or contanier, or up to 500 end products for sale you are allowed to use a graphics under the Small Commercial License. If the product sales volume is more than 500, you should purchase Commercial or Extended Commercial License.

I don't know how many end products I will sell, which license should I buy?

  • You should buy the EXTENDED Commercial License – with this license, you can use the design in unlimited commercial projects, create unlimited digital templates, sell unlimited end products.

I am a designer. Can i to use the same clipart for many clients?

  • You need the Small Commercial License as this is use in “client work” if it’s for small runs of print (under 500 prints). If you need to print large quantities, you need the Commercial or Extended Commercial License.

Are there limits on how many times I can use a purchased Procreate Brushes?

  • Special limitations apply for each license type: 

Small Commercial License: Use the brushes in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. You can use the brushes in an end products for sale, as long as the sales do not exceed 500. 

Commercial License: Use the brushes in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. You can use the brushes in an end products for sale, as long as the sales do not exceed 5,000. 

Extended Commercial License: Use the brushes in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. You can also use the brushes in unlimited number of commercial end products for sale.

 

Can I purchase an brushes and include it in a theme I am going to sell?

  • No. Any resale/sublicense of the brushes in source file form or otherwise competitive with it is prohibited.
